Products Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
All product sales are final, no returns, trades, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted. If you have difficulty downloading a product, please contact us at 1-636-487-4223 and we will help you gain access to the product download in question, will email the file to your, or complete an install for you (at our standard rates of $100 / hr.) If you are not satisfied with your product, need help with installation or have other issues with your product, please call 1-636-487-4223 for assistance, Monday through Friday, 9AM through 5PM Central time. We will be glad to help you on a first-come, first-served basis at our standard hourly rates ($100 / hr.)

Please note that Barrett Newton Interactive does not permit the return of or offer refunds or exchanges for any service, including, but not limited to the following services:

Design
Development
Custom-configured software, or software personalized to your specifications
Electronic Software Downloads
Software Up-to-Date Program Products (i.e., software upgrade subscription product)
Web Hosting
Email Publishing Costs
Domain Name Registration Costs
Secure Certificates
Maintenance Program Fees

All services are bound by the terms and conditions as stated as part of the estimate document you will be provided before work commence on your project. Services are rendered on an hourly basis. Services that have been rendered will not be refunded, and cannot be cancelled. Deposits are non refundable. Project cancellations are permitted, though deposits will not be refunded, and services completed for project will be billed according to the terms stated on the approved estimate for your project.
